These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cards 500 mobile application and website at cards-500.com, operated by BC Solutions ("we", "us", "our").

1. Entertainment & Informational Use Only

Cards 500 is designed for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the app or website constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Card values fluctuate and past performance does not guarantee future results. Our Buy/Sell/Hold recommendations, price predictions, and market indices are algorithmically generated and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any buying or selling decision.

Always do your own research before buying or selling sports trading cards.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use Cards 500. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Cards 500 offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Key terms:

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No payment is required during the trial period.
Pro Subscription: After the trial, Pro features require an active subscription activated via a license key or an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@cards-500.com.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

Card pricing data is sourced from publicly available eBay completed sales. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that prices, indices, or recommendations are error-free. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain outliers that our filtering algorithms have not caught.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the app or API
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Redistribute, resell, or publicly display our data without written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data, indices, algorithms, and branding in Cards 500 are the property of BC Solutions. The Cards 500 name, logo, and market indices are trademarks of BC Solutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BC Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cards 500, including but not limited to financial losses from buying or selling sports cards based on information provided by the app.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app's Profile screen. Upon deletion, all your data (collections, watchlists, alerts, feedback) will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cards 500 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
